Threat indicator moved from the targetframe to the playerframe.

From now on whoaUnitFrames does not require them. NOTE: Earlier versions of whoa UnitFrames used folders "CharacterFrame" and "TargetingFrame" located in "World of Warcraft/Interface" folder.
